Quench area issues?? Do install or not to install is the question??!!

3 machinists have said, no problem with this cylinder head. A piston melted in #2 cylinder and there was some minor rough spots on the quench area of the cylinder head. It was cleaned by dremel, very little material removed. 3 machinists are saying its good to go as is, as long as there are no sharp metal needle like point ends on the quench area. To use or not to use??!!

Make sure there are no raised edges/high spots or anything that can break off and send it. Have seen many engines with that and never an issue.
