Well i cant understand how do you ride that your clutch is 110 Hours Old on an Stage 1Plus Setup...my clutches last around 20 Hours... so check and change the Clutch...with that you need to put in new oil anyway...install an new Oil filter...install new Plugs....check compression....check the Air Filter..check all Hose clamps clear all error codes....so this are easy things to do....

The problem certainly could be the supercharger clutch, but you might want to try one more set of new spark plugs first.

Your engine has the plastic intake manifold, correct?

20 hours? That's just because you ride it hard, right?

my clutches last around 20 Hours...
I just changed my SVHO GP1800 clutch for the first time at 222 hours.
We ride a mix of smooth and moderately rough water. Generally cruise over 5000RPM but rarely held wide open for long.

20 hours SVHO clutch lifespan seems awfully short. Are you running huge boost and/or running near wide open on rough water frequently?

Is either a failing clutch or a boost leak. With the intermittent nature I’d lean towards the clutch

well... spinning over 9K in rough water will kill the clutch fast... riding with 5-7k on flat water will last the clutch very long nearly never break....

it's clear why your clutch lasted 222 hours.

Thanks everybody for comments. I bought fresh oil, filter and 4 new plugs today. It suppose to rain the next 7 days but Im going bonkers in this house, I will go out in next few days and change oil and install new plugs. My local performance shop states its highly unlikely that its the clutch, the ski would never rev to full power and cut back. If clutch was failing ski would likely never rev to full power, boost leak was his next guess but the fact that this problem gets worse as ski gets hot leads to a suspected plug issue.

Let y'all know in a few, be safe out there my friends

Last time my clutch went out, it started out with the power cutting in and out like a fuel problem but maintained top speed... Then after a few more hours completely died.
