    I don't know-the ski operator was to the right of the other boat so "technically" he had the right of way. It looked like the ski operator had a severe case of tunnel vision.

    Pro is correct. By usual boating rules, PWC was the stand-on vessel and boat was the give-way vessel.

    Only issue I see with the rider is that he said his view was blocked by a yacht. If he was that close to the yacht, he should have been going a lot slower.

    When I ride, everyone else has the right-of-way. I'd rather be alive than right!

    There was a poor anticipation on both, especially on Mike as he probably miscalculated the speed as he have full vision.
