Does this sound rough or normal?

    Hi,

Just finished rebuilding an MR1 engine (07 FXHO), it sounds a little rough and rattley on idle (1600rpm) to me but not sure if this is just how they sound as it wasn't running when I got it. Anyone familiar with what these normally sound like that can compare please?

    Thanks

My fx mr-1 sounded identical as yours on the trailer. And idle at 16-1650. Compared to my 1.8 fzs. The mr1 has a very slight chop at idle on trailer. My guess is the fx mr-1 has a noiser drivetrain than the fzs when on the trailer,,, However. On the water the my fx mr-1 idle was smoothe as silk
