Soooo this has gone farther than expected. Didnt start thead to bash anyone. Guy decided to out himself. Now wants to blame UPS and myself for how he shipped an item. Took pics while they were packing but takes no responsibility. Sends me a text saying head was shipped along with pic attachments which I opened about 15-20 min ago cause at the time I could have cared less what a box looks like. Wouldnt have made a difference anyway cause it was already shipped according to him.
Point of OP was that I hope NOBODY ever sends or receives something packed like that. Flywheel maybe, head, charger, pto cover no way.
For those that say no damage no foul I agree. Except that theres no way I can be sure there wont be any pieces blocking an oil port without stripping head and hot tanking.
(Stuff was/is packed tight in every orifice.
I dont have any ill will towards this guy, dont want anything from him and dont feel he did anything intentional. He made a mistake.
And thats all I have to say about that.Last edited by GTRD; 01-20-2020 at 07:22 PM. Reason: orifice isnt spelled with face....

In hindsight, I should have paid more attention to how they were packaging it. Upside is UPS does give you great value for your money as far as packing peanuts go. Glad it got their safe and as for GTRD. Hes a great buyer and pays quick
