SUV1200 Spark plugs after rebuilt, first tank!

Hey guys! I'd like to thank guys for helping me with the rebuilt. It was my first too. There was a lot of research, and knowledge gained from it.

These spark plugs are about 4 hours after the rebuilt and break-in period, first tank. The center is the piston and cylinder that were replaced. It has more carbon deposit than the other two. I kept it around from idle to about 5k rpm with the rpm vary. Towards the end of the first tank, I opened it to WOT for about 10 secs. What do you think of them.

The pictures are the same one with flash and one without.

    Are you using octane boost?

I put moister remover/fuel stabilizer in the first tank.

The color looks OK to me, but they don't look oily enough for a fresh rebuild.

Are you running oil injection? Pre-mix? Both?

For break-in, you should be running a total fuel/oil ratio of about 25:1.

I run premix. I put 32:1 for the break-in, probably off by some ounces. Everything seemed to be fine. Compressions are good. I'm on the second tank now, 40:1 mix. I will remember 25:1 on the next rebuild!

25:1, 32:1, it's all good. For break-in, the more oil, the better. Of course, you run the risk of fouling plugs if you don't keep the RPMs up.

That's what I would want to see on a new break-in. Keep doing what your doing.
