    215 Wake nearly sinking!

Took my 2009 215 Supercharged Wake for a spin last weekend and after 10 minutes it started to misfire.
I removed the seat to find 12" of water inside!

Back on driveway I filled the hull with water and it showed no signs of leakage. Hull seemed ok.

Backed the ski into the water on the trailer and it stayed dry until we ran the engine, it started to fill. Seems to fill quicker when adding revs.

All searches here point to the Carbon seal, engine mounts seem ok. Could it be anything else?

Thanks in advance and Season's greetings to all.

If its only when running then most likely one of the hoses coming from the pump to to cool the intercooler or exhaust came off or has a hole in it.

If replacing the carbon seal and float ring, do an alignment as well. I had a PWC that had 3 shims on the left and right mount, 6 shims in total. I had to remove 4 shims in total to make the tool slide straight into the alignment tool's guide...

If it was coming from the carbon seal, you’d see it spraying out all sides of that area of the drive shaft. You’d also have bad cavitation l would think leading up to the failure of the carbon seal.

Like the previous posters mentioned, also check the exhaust.
