    Depends what you are looking for. The Solas is better for top speed and that’s about it. The the skat R has better low end and stronger mid as well as better bite and hook up in the chop. It also holds higher rpms in the turns and doesn’t feel like it bogs down as much. I have both a solas 13/19 setback and skat 13/19R and prefer the skat. The skat is better manufactured prop where the solas looks kinda cheap. Skat is also found in most race skis for the reasons stated above.
