    215-260hp upgrades to 300 supercharger results or outcome?! Which Year and ECU if so?

    Hi, I just purchased a used stator/timing cover with an excellent oil pump present in it. After looking at the images closely... It appears that its the newer covers with that special oil return bulge on it... So, I may go with a 300 supercharger if this is so..
    If anyone has done the 215-260 upgrades to the 300, what kind of results and reliability are you experiencing?
    If so, what year and ECU are you using
    Fuel injector sizes and stock spark plugs/coils or ACE upgrades?

    I have an rxt 260 m.y. 2010. I have machined the 260 oem supercharger to accomodate all the 300 supercharger kit ( friction, shaft bearings etc) adding a new dedicated oil exit port for the internal bearing with 137+4(keeping the 260 Pto case) , Jesus map vt1100 with vtech, new 300 coils, fizzle cooler, rapid cam oem regrinded cam, custom retainers, I am running at 84 mph with 161 mm 300's pump setup with solas sxx 13/16 repitched @ 8960 rpm.

    Am I reading this right... You modified a 260 charger with et137+4 wheel to use 300 charger internals?

    Oh Yes if I remember this evening I will take some pictures to my 260 supercharger modified to 300 one's and then I will post you . I know that it looks crazy but now I'm able to make this modification to any oem 260 charger .

    here a short video of the mod on the back plate of the superchager with modification for the internals to accomodate the 300 supercharger hardware . You can see also the 2nd hole port for discharging the oil from the internal bearing to the pto . This setup is running very well @ 17,5 psi since 60 hours . Very happy with it .Obviously I've machined also the front cover of the superchager boring out the front air inlet increasing diameter. Also the supercharger impeller is a custom made in Italy.

    I'm confused, the wheel is a 137+4? That's a Engine Tech wheel, which are made in Aurora, Ontario, Canada-not Italy.

    Sorry I use to call it et since is easier for the people to recognize it. Anyway my custom Italian wheel is not so different from an Et but is not the same.
