Yes, this is a safe setup as long as you have done real tuning and data logging with a good tuner and use a consistent fuel. You need to be on top of this setup or you will be disappointed if you hurt the motor. I run 93 pump gas from a gas station and octane boost. The same 93 is always used but i do use different brands of octane boost. You really should pick one and stick with it. The last two seasons I used Royal Purple. This will kill the plugs over time, so you want to change them more frequently.

This setup should 90 mph all day long depending on total weight of rider and ski.

stock internals are good up to 9200r's...

well 9200 RPM maybe but i think that the OEM Rods cant handle big boost

Think again...Down in Florida atleast 24 to 32 psi charger wheels and 10,000 rpm on %100 stock engines with just retainers is recreational stuff. The problem will that kind of setup isnt the motor giving out but rather the ongoing maintenance is alot more. You really have to stay on top of the tuning every time you ride plus in rough water the stock charger and clutch isnt going to last you at all

What did u mean with a " lot more maintenance " change the Oil every 10 Hours ?

Everything.Air Fuel tuning will be mandatory every ride.Octane will need to be either pump E85 from a good source or Race fuel from a pail where you know its consistent.Clutch, Charger, and Plugs will need checking every few rides.More crankcase pressures and blow by are going to foul the oil in half the time.Youd have a larger fuel and cooling system with more failure points to worry about and even when you stay ontop of things they can still fail at anytime. The OEM stuff is just not made to handle what some do with these skis and big boost is a different animal all around

"More crankcase pressures and blow by are going to foul the oil in half the time"

But with an Catch can this is not the case....

Catch cans can help collect oil and venting pressure from the crankcase that gets stuck up in the valve cover. They dont have a way of stopping pressure and fuel from passing piston rings and fouling oil sooner. The boost pressures some guys run are so high they dont even run cans at all and fumes have to get vented straight out of the side of the ski. When your modifying things to this level off shelf parts and standard thinking dont apply

So if you spinning a stock svho to 9000-9200 where is the boost limit on the rods?
