    I built two from this video, one for Spark one for RXT. I used harbor freight pneumatic casters to get over the driveway hump. That was a mistake. They donít pivot well under weight, and you might go flat overnight and dump a ski, so went back to hard casters.

    Today I threw out the larger cart. I bought an Aqua Cart 19 and it is so much easier. About a quarter of the weight of the wooden one. Cost me about $100 to make the cart. Wasted my money. Now, for the Spark the wooden one is perfect because itís so light.

    I made two of these a while back using scrap 2x4s, screws and some carpet scraps. Cost me nothing except casters. A good amount of storage underneath for parts and such. Only complaint is they are a little high for working on the ski internals. I prefer the lower profile carts for that.
