Looking for . some help. Following a oil and filter change, my ski wont rev to full power , it runs rough and if you hold the power to full it will eventually loss power to 7000rpm, it normally does 7700rpm. It runs rough and its just not rite. Ive had it at the shop on a diagnostic computer and there are no fault codes. Ive fitted new plugs no change. Anyone had similar??? Ski has done 70hrs never missed a beat.

Check you air filter for motor oil. The slightest bit of overfill of oil and the air filter can end up soaked in oil from what I've read on here and other sites.

One thing for sure, I would certainly not buy it. Don’t fix others peoples stuff. Find another.

I have the same ski....mine did this after a fill up for a while. Had to use lower octane gas to get back. Mine would rev to 7500 though, and once the fuel was thoroughly mixed with the remainder of what was in the tank was fine.
