I can't say how pleased I am with this pump gas, stock SVHO charger, wheel, injectors, map sensor, tune that I received from Dean Charrier. This build has been the totally opposite of what we generally built for in the past...I wasn't looking for top speed. Although i could change the impeller, plate angle, nozzles etc and achieve a higher top speed as a result with this same setup. This ski has a twin impeller, the stock ride plate with no shimming, stock Yamaha nozzles (steering and venturi) with just some finessing touches. Today, as noted in the pics... in complete trash air, I ran 87.7 @ 9180 in middle trim, with half a tank of fuel and full drag trim in a short pass. The other day, I spun 9350 and the air was marginally better, but I didn't have the gps, being I wasn't looking for speed. In decent air, I think this ski is going run better than I anticipated...and that's keeping it in drag trim with the twin prop. Once I see the rpm increase with good weather, which there is no doubt it's going to increase, the speed and performance is going to increase with it.
