Fogged motor and cranked w/plugs in

So, I fogged each cylinder with CRC storage oil for about 10 seconds (~ounce of oil). I had a complete brain fart turned the motor over in drown mode with the plugs installed! It cranked unusually slow (like a weak battery). Does the starter have enough torque to bend a rod?

No. It would have to fire and hydro lock on the oil and even then bent rods are not usually the first item to go. Repaired one 2 years ago, owner flooded it with water, cleared water out of motor but never thought about intake manifold. First time he rev'd it injested the water. Broke the crank, rod still OK
