Looking good... been reading up on the head studs can they be fitted without removing the head? Wondering if that’s a worthwhile upgrade to try to prevent head cracks?
would only need a rocker cover gasket at most?

Cheers guys, been taking my time with it to make sure it's spot on.
Yes you can fit the head studs without removing the head, you would have to remove the cams to be able to get to the head bolts.
If you are taking the cams out then you need to take the chain off the cam sprockets, this means you need to set up the cam timing when re fitting.
Not a massive job but I guess it is a lot easier with the engine out of the ski.
