    I see lots of issues here. Riva doesn't make pistons, so which pistons did you install? What clearances were set?

    You say, "Stage 3, 4, even more" That doesn't give us any idea what parts were installed?

    So you put a stock ECU on the engine for break in and left all the mods and larger injectors? If so, here is your problem! You can't put a stock tune on a ski with all those mods and larger injectors. This will cause engine damage. The tune on the ECU must be for the sized injectors installed.

    If your fingernail can catch it a bore hone won't matter

    Most of the time I rebuild stock engines for 10 years .

    I put new sleeves on all 3 cylinders.

    CP Pistons , 100,25 oversized 8.45:1
    VT1100 injectors
    valve springs
    xx supercharger
    4” intake pipe
    straight exhaust
    Riva intercooler
    oil catch can
    11/13 impeller
    flushed ECU 8500 RPM

    Riva don’t make them ,sell them CP pistons “ Carrillo”
    Now I know ,
    they told me if I tune new ECU it still will be locket to 7000 RPM ,
    Here there is no one , I don’t know no one who can help you with ski with some modifications.
    Everything Learn bu my self , this is my first ski with that kine modification and flushed ECU.
    My bed still learning
    I rebuild a lot of stock sea-doo engines , with modifications is my first. ��

    they only thing you can do to make it better is in the tune. You need a proper tune and the right type of fuel for your application
