2016 Seadoo 300 burn piston. -detonation??

Is A/F ratio monitored?
What fuel was used?

I send ECU to Race Lab dyno tune up

Hi I finish rebuild my motor with new Riva pistons . Ski have everything what can be instilled from Riva , Stage 3 , 4 . Even more. I purchase brand new ECU so I can brake in engine for 10 hr nicely . In 3 hr I check the oil and was getting gray , replaced for new one with new filter. I was thinking it was normal in brake in . Checked at 7 hr same thing. After 11hr I tune my ECU up to 8500 RPM with race map. Was working fine , no noise, 85 mi / hr easy.
After 17 hr engine gets lot of oil coming out of catch can. I check compression and 2 cylinder have only 90 psi . All others 145 PSI.
Opened engine and find piston 2 is burn . Now doyknow why this happens. What is the issue??
It can be because I have bigger injectors and Stock ECU??
some one told me this is detonation ? Please help me how I can protect my engine in future or what was the issue. Thank you

So you put a stock ECU on the engine for break in and left all the mods and larger injectors? If so, here is your problem! You can't put a stock tune on a ski with all those mods and larger injectors. This will cause engine damage. The tune on the ECU must be for the sized injectors installed.

Now I know ,
they told me if I tune new ECU it still will be locket to 7000 RPM ,
Here there is no one , I don’t know no one who can help you with ski with some modifications.

Polish cylinder wall? Better oil? Double oil jets on cylinders walls?
You guys know more then me.

they only thing you can do to make it better is in the tune. You need a proper tune and the right type of fuel for your application

And monitor afrs, their is no such thing as a box tune
