drill reducer to 1/2 for fizzle IC?

i didnt know that the yellow reducer was smaller than my orig green reducer....im going to drill it out to 8.5mm( or as close as i can ) , but should I go even bigger to 1/2" ?.....I have a fizzle IC and a greco strainer on a 159mm pump, almost all stage 3 mods except S/C wheel upgrade 12 Px 260

Depends on how your plumbed. If its from pump to fizzle to exhaust, then no, you will have too much water in exhaust.
If your fizzle has a dedicated dump, then maybe.

I drilled my yellow washer out to 10mm and have been running fine at 8800rpm all year.
