    RXP-X 260 MATS Sensor Removal

I have a stupid question that I can't seem to find the answer for. How do I remove the MATS sensor? The shop manual just says to "disconnect the MATS connector". Is there something I have to press on the connector or do I just pull it off?
Also, I put a wrench on the sensor to try to remove it and it didn't seem to budge. Does it require quite a bit of force?

    A little background:
My 2012 rxp-x 260 is throwing a p0127 and going into limp mode. Apparently that's that's a bad reading from the MATS sensor so I want to remove it and check the resistance.
Or, I have another 2012 rxp-x 260 I could swap it with to see if it's an issue with the actual sensor.

Replace the green MATS sensor with the blue EXHAUST TEMPERATURE SENSOR P/N 278001016, OR, the black COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR (at the rear of the cylinder head), same P/N 278001016.

The green MATS sensor does not tolerate moisture well, ie: condensation from the intercooler.

Using the same view as your pic, push down on the stainless steel clip on the black connector, pull/remove connector. Use a box wrench to remove/install sensor.

Got it! Thanks for the help!
It was a lot more obvious once I could see the connector...
