Its So funny listening all the negative Nancy's bull shitter's craping on about nails in coffin bla bla bla.
The 2020 stx160 is a great ski with many subtle changes over what the eye / pictures show in the promotional info... Yes there is always room for things to have been done different ……. A stx310r will be lovely addition to my garage next year....
once you actually see one in person and have a good look

When attending the AC boat show you will barely see Kawasaki there.. They usually get one of the smaller dealers to put a few skis in with the boat brands they sell. Yamaha and SeaDoo will usually get their biggest dealers to setup a huge booth and they display all of their models and always have people around. I do wish Kawasaki would do something similar.

    Look what Yamaha's doing! They're introducing a 4-stroke stand-up! http://greenhulk.net/forums/showthre...91#post3056191

Wait, didn't Kawasaki already do that?

I have ordered my 160 great looking skis. staying with kawa much better quality machine for the hard sea riding group.
other makes are for light use on the lake.
Had to replace the hull on the fx with fiberglass nano breaks up sea riding after a few hours.

Are you aware of a hull needing to be replaced on an FX Nano after a few hours of use?

Just come back from the MG race in Gualope, kawa all the way for really offshore riding, the yams entered have modified hulls the Nano is no good just breaks up
Seadoo has better material than yam but its to hard to ride in rough water, i would say the seadoo is better rec boat than the yam at the moment.
If yam changes the hull material and loses the chocolate clutch it would change the game at rides well in the waves.

    Quick ride report
160x rides well in sea conditions needs a bit more setting up but that's going to take a bit off time
Good on fuel faster than a new vxr no sure about turning didn't have it set up for that pupose
once I have it back to the UK will give you a bit more information, i will compare it to my fiberglass bottom 2016 FXHO.
