Engine Build complete. Need experienced riders with AFRs Recommendations.

Hi, been a while. My engine has been rebuild and installed. Turned her over a few times to get engine oil flowed throughout.
CP Pistons installed with .0033 PW clearance as per specs, machinist and CP Tech, okay for 8500 rpm and 13 psi max. (ET137+4mm, 60lb).
Molnar Connecting rods are in and each set of piston, rings, pin, clip, connecting rod is within .5 of a gram from each set, amazing..

I have to install a power commander 5 with auto tune as there is no way to fine tune my 2007 Siemens ECU. Riva tried, many times. Got a Riva, not so great tune with so so AFR base table, but far from any good.

Looks like Seadoo 4 tec, run best with the AFR table I'll attach. Provided by Riva.

It shows 13.8 13.9ish right through 6000 rpm, then works its way down from 13.8 to 13.2ish from 6000 to 7000 rpms with 4-7psi of Boost

Then 12.9 to 12.5 from 7000 to 8000 rpm with approx. 9-14psi boost

    Then 8000 to 8350 to 8550 rpms Being 12.5 - 12.4 - 12.3 afrs with approx. 13psi at 8000 and greater at 8350 and 8550, perhaps 16 psi at that point.

Looking at my previous logs I was at 13psi with 8500 Rpms and that is my goal.

I do have 94 Octane available as well as 93.
I do not have ignition timing tables, it doesn't display them with the PLX and 2007 siemens ECU.

Just wondering if 12.9 - 12.5 is okay within 7000 to 8000 rpms with 4-9 psi? And follow through from 8000 to 8500 rpms with 12.5 and 12.4 at 13 Psi?

    Thank you

IMO these numbers are all very conservative.

They look OK up to 7550 where they go too rich in my opinion.

What safe, engine durable AFRs do recommend between 7-8K with 11 PSI at 8k and AFRs between 8200 and 8500 Rpms at 13 PSI? Thanks

Again, your numbers are conservative and safe as is. You could be around 12.8-12.9 with proper monitoring at 13 psi and 8500rpm, but you don’t have the entire picture!

You need to see timing, which is probably around 31*, you need to see your knock level, and it would be nice to see your EGT’s.

Conservative numbers are are the way to go when you don’t have the entire tuning picture. It is just not worth pushing it to the limit.

peak zone for knock is 6-7500
IMO your too lean in the zone, even on 93
also is this 91 or 93 if this is 91 then all the boost rpms are too lean
what the pump says the octane is usually not what you get
fuel is your friend...no motor ever got hurt because you were a little rich
remember this map was probably not when you really load the motor
tow a tube and your in the danger zone fast

Thank you all for the input! I understand that the whole picture can't be displayed under my circumstances with an older Siemens ECU. God knows we tried many times to tweak the tune with Riva. Power commander and Auto tune is my best option with the present Riva tune for tweaking the AFRs.
I am able to set afr targets at every .3 of a PSI with the power commander.
I'll go a little richer between 6000-7500, under 13 afrs and work it down to 12.4 - 12.3 from 8000 to 8500 Rpms at 13 psi.

My fuel is USA rating of octane. 94 with no ethanol or 93 with 10% ethanol or 92 with 10% ethanol as well. Jet fuel is available, probably overkill.

I added an aeromotive inline fuel filter part # 12345, 10 Micron with microfiber element.

Thank you guys for your experienced knowledge, greatly appreciated.!

At what PSI and fuel octane level?

My highest EGT temperature was 84C or 183F at 8500 Rpm. Engine temperature was a maximum of 89C or 192F

I am going to shoot at 12.3 afr at 13 psi, 8500 rpm with 94 octane and no ethanol in it.

    93oct, 9200limiter and a 68 140 charger about 18lbs of boost.
And I wouldn't run av fuel. If you wanted to be safe can run an additive like torco.
