Have a look at the new 2020 SVHO pump

Hi guys, check out the new pump coming on 2020 Yamaha SVHO Waverunners.

It's a very cool design which incorporates the wear ring and pump all into one housing. The most interesting thing is the wear ring is a stainless steel insert and is replaceable. Very nice thinking on the part of Yamaha

the BIGGEST news about this new SVHO pump is the Stator is 160mm. Previous year SVHO pumps used a 155mm stator with 160mm wear ring. Having a true 160mm stator will definitely help out cavitation issues on high power setups and will give us better hookup in rough water.

This pump setup will work on all previous SHO and SVHO skis.
PLEASE NOTE: Those that want to upgrade their FX SHO or FZ SHO you must also purchase an SVHO driveshaft in order to use this pump. The SVHO driveshafts are sold separately in the GreenHulk Store.

I have these kits at a discounted price and you can PRE ORDER now. Expected availability is October 2019.
Guys, if you want one of these upgrades I highly recommend you pre order it now. This will be a VERY popular upgrade and expect them to go on back order frequently. Those who order first will get theirs first as they come off of back order.
Basically, if you wait for them to be "in stock" you will never get one.

This is a complete kit which includes the pump housing, stainless steel wear ring insert, bearings, seals, etc. Everything you need to transfer over your driveshaft to the new pump setup.

So with the new removable wear ring, is it more similar to sea-doo pumps now?

Also would the old style of bearings work with the new pump?

Interesting How does the length compare to a standard 66V pump with 2” spacer?

Combined price of the new housing is quite a bit cheaper than the old pump, which is a nice break. Driveshaft part number is the same. Bearing part numbers are different. Impeller part number bumped from 6ET-R1321-00-00 to 6ET-R1321-10-00, so not sure how little or much difference there. Whether or not there's any performance gains I like the new design.
