Are these fishing side pontoons/capsules, custom or retail?

This is wild! As in exactly what Id have if I could. Gets rid of the old bin on the back, adds so many options for live bait, storage, massive amounts of extra fuel for long range missions, it just seems too good to be true.

This is posted by yamaha so I dont see them posting something you cannot purchase and set up yourself?

They are commonly known as "tubbies" :

^^^ A pair of old-school GPR1200 tubbies - as you can see, these are not a "new" concept.
Not made by Yamaha, as there was an original company or two, before others took-over the reigns.

And if you thought those were cool ... what's not cooler than instantly converting a ski into a boat!

As you can see, these were quite retro too.

Thank you, they are awesome, what it means is if I am spearfishing I can keep the rear free from a cooler and rod holders and I can use one side to carry my fish an salt ice and the other for carrying extra fuel, water, fishing gear etc.

Haha yes Ive seen Jet SKI RIBS. Ive owned Rigid Infltables for a long time. They are reliable and easy maintenance.

I was scared to go to a Jetski as I worried about engined and what if I capsize, but the truth is an Outboard could break down if not serviced just as easily and the 3 man jetskis looking pretty hard to capsize.

I am fairly mechanical so plan to do all the servicing myself.

Anyway I have found the Tubby systems but not one is sold here. They are sold in Aussie and South africa where jetski fishing is massive compared to here.

Im wondering how much they are. Possibly could import them....

It's called a tubby There is a youtuber called Jetfisher who had them installed. I don't believe they have these yet in the states, so you probably would have to have them shipped and self install.
