Actually, your write-ups are fine. I think I get confused on which project you're working on.

Pneumatic trim? Wouldn't that be a little spongy?

The trim tabs get 120psi of co2 via a 3 way solenoid and are only on for short bursts. No time to sponge.

Yeah, the number of irons in the fire has reached an all time high. I have to check off as many of my projects as possible before my first kiddo arrives at the end of April.

    RXT-X Exhaust Fitting

The pictures are kind of crap but this is the basics of what it took to fit the exhaust.

It looks like I may be able to squeeze the stock RXT-X setup into the hull, its REALLY tight but with some welding and cutting you can make almost anything fit. I also test fit a J pipe but figured that since I would need to pickup a replacement box to go with the j pipe setup, and I would still have to do some version of the same process here, I would probably end up spending more for a lower flow setup.

I am opting to cut the stock RXT-X waterbox down approximately 6 inches for better fit and because the box had some corrosion pitting in the middle. I kept the inner reflector thing on the back wall intact but I trimmed the lower baffle back to maintain enough flow area for the exhaust.

That taped together and test fit, I decided to check and see if the Riva thru hull exhaust setup I picked up with the intention of installing in the GTX donor hull would fit. It is really close, I think I will replicate it from raw aluminum bends rather than hack up that expensive pipe but I have an idea on what to do now.

Just slide the box back and use a longer coupler.

I probably will shift it back a bit, too much and the rear of the box fouls on the underside of the deck even with the box cut down.

Working on my fuel system, trying to adapt the doo steup to the kawasaki can.

    -3an vent, -6an send, and -6an return.

I need to fill the stock kawasaki holes and cut a gasket for the plug base.

Can you weld a short length of 4" pipe to the front of the box to angle it in slightly to the centre of the ski , also moving it back too . Cut it short aswell . Will that give you more clearance ???

I may try playing with that, if I move it towards the tunnel it starts getting really close to the supercharger inlet.
