    You have rebuilt the fuel pump incorrectly or have fuel ⛽ lines wrong. The only time I have ever needed a 951 using electric fuel pump was using hi rev twin pipes that revved over 7700 in flat water.

    Have you tried changing the carbies out to a known good working set ?

    I'm sure you are correct on something I have wrong. I'm just thankful to be able to use the thing after spending so much time working on it. I ordered a new pump and there really isn't much to mess up with the gaskets. The small round check valves were pre-installed. Just pump cover, rubber gasket, clear diaphragm, round rubber O-ring, pump body, rubber diaphragm, clear diaphragm, and O-ring all sandwiched to carb. It's run great so far. I've probably put 5 hrs on it since the electric pump. TPS is set correctly. The RAVES are working. Plugs look good. Compression is good. Pressure tested the engine. Replaced all fuel lines and even ran clear to make sure there were no bubbles. Bypassed the vent check valves to eliminate those. I feel like I've been through everything, but I'm sure there is something wrong somewhere or obviously it would be working. I may buy a used set of carbs or a external vacuum pump to try next spring. For now I'm going to enjoy what little time is left and put it up for the winter.
