    New 2019 TX engine blow with 10hrs

    anybody has this problem with the new engine..my engine blow (lock) at 10.7hrs..i check for damage and i see the number 1 piston is destroy..one of the valve broke in pieces leaving the engine lock....anybody with this issue??

    Maybe a bad batch on some 2018/19 because same thing happened to a few of my friend in diff states .

    yeap..mine blew off a valve just like that..

    What mods were done to it?

    Did the springs bind? The most likely scenario is something caused the valve to stick and it made contact with the piston.

    From doing a little digging, it looks like they changed the part number on the intake valves in 19’ for some reason. The intake and exhaust valves are the same from 16 to 18, but the intake valves for 19’ have been superseded to a new part number now. Maybe these are not as good as the other originals?

    Was that an intake valve that broke , or both?

    I wonder if there’s any service bulletins out on this yet?

    I saw guy on Facebook post the same thing on his 19’ With around 14 hours bone stock.

    Seems like an even better reason to do springs and retainers now to help prevent chewing up a valve.

    Hi psycho ..yes only intake valve on #1 piston..only the head blowoff..and also broke the rocket arm..

    At 7900rpm..this is sucks..I was doing some research too and more than 12 sky been damage like that..all with same issue ..piston 1
