    have bad vibration ultra 300

    was doing 70ish and drop to 10 MPH was sure i lost super charger belt

    check belt in good shape and spinning

    restarted and now have vibration when idling

    just pulled pump it is in perfect shape spin easily

    i have no idea what to check next

    can i start it with pump off?

    should i pull the super charger ?

    Is the tensioner moving at the pivot point? They like to seize up but itís an easy fix.

    i put a breaker bar on it and moved it sprayed WD 40 on it when i checked the belt was moving ok with breaker bar.
    fresh water only but i will take it out tomorrow and take it apart a lube it.

    i will put the pump back on and remove the belt.

    have ride plate off pump out can see all of drive shaft i do not see any issues but color is darker near prop

    Are your rubber dampers still in place on the supercharger pulley?

    ok pulled super charger pulley assembly moves freely No grease on one pivot point no rust on anything
    super charger move easily when turn by hand

    started boat no vibration, going to grease up supercharger assembly and reinstall and see if it is fixed

    Just a though, had almost the same thing happen on my 250x and it was a coil that went out on me. If it happens again I’d check for spark at each plug. Just my $.02

    ok i have water tested and it ran great until i started to push the speed again get to 40-50 and boat shakes then run like crap all the way back to the dock.
    fuel pump? Coil ? pulled plugs they look good i think it dealer time taken to long for me to find the time

    ok dealer repair running on 3 cylinders bad plug lose battery connection. SO maybe time to hang up the "i am a good Mechanic " sure i can find the time to fix it
