    What is THIS?

    I am totally new to the PWC community. I am learning a LOT over the past few days. I just got an old '96 Tigershark Montego to fix up and get running again.

    My questions is this... what the hell is this in the picture? I found the 'bellow' in the bottom of the hull, not attached. It crumbled upon touch. I though it was the 'bellow' for filling the Jet Oil, but I see it in this picture. Can someone shed some light on this?

    Engine is the 640.
