2002 sportster LE No Power to anything
I have a 2002 sportster Le with the carb 951. I have no power to anything. I have 12v at the mpem and power across all fuses except the 3amp fuse, which I believe is the bilge pump? I'm aiming for bad mpem, but is there a testing procedure to determine the mpem is bad?
