Water in Oil; Oil in Hull

I had water in the oil before & thought it was the head gasket, so I changed it. Also changed the oil 4 times to flush out the water. Took it out today & it was running bad. Got it home & checked the oil, and it was barely registering on the dip stick, then noticed the hull full of oily sludge. Ideas?

What engine? Oil cooler failure? Cracked head (head gasket is very rare to go) but doesn’t explain why it’s in the hull, rotten filter maybe? If dipstick still milky then

I’m thinking maybe oil cooler, too. I checked the head for cracks with dye when I had it off. I may have put too much pressure on the oil cooler when I put it & the IC on dedicated cooling lines.

Any suggestions? I don't think the oil would be so low if it was the head- if anything, it would be higher because of the water getting in. Is the oil cooler the most probable cause, or could it be something else? Oil was fresh & full when I started, & only rode for about 20 minutes.

with that much oil i would be looking for a big leak, check the silver oil feed pipe banjo bolt near the oil filter hasnt stripped.

That would explain the loss of oil, but not the water in the oil. Haven’t had time to start tearing it apart yet, but I’ll check that out when I do.

I’ll pump gasket/washer failure? Done a clutch recently? Doesn’t explain the water in oil though?
