    Yamaha VXS overheat alarm

After riding for about 30.mins the alarm for overheating came on.
Happend once before also, but only when I am about to park, just before i stop this alarm comes on.
If I wait for an hour ore so its ok again but after the next trip also its the same again.
Took my hand down to the "pisser" on the side and the water is as shower temperature.
Could this be just a sensor ore something that is doing this? anyone else had this problem?
This is a 2015 VXS Yamaha

    Regards Thomas

Could be sensor failure the pisser isn’t the important bit, most coolant water exists into the pump pisser just shows it’s getting some cooling water.....

was there steak from rear? How many hours? What riding conditions? If you stop
motor and restart doe it alarm straight away?

Needs diagnostic plug in as there are 2/3 temp sensors intake air, block and exhaust on the 1800

Is these sensor expensive and hard to change? Will i find out the fault with diagnostic?
The scooter is in for chiptuning now at a local workshop so i can ask them to check for failures
