19 VX Cruiser HO -- Plugs too clean

I'm new to 4 stroke skis, so wanted to get some inputs on the plugs in my 19 VX Cruiser HO.
I pulled the plugs during the 10-hour maintenance and they were really clean.
I expected them to be at least a little brown, but they were white.
This would indicate a much too lean on a 2-stroke.
Is this normal for 4 strokes?

One thing I did learn, there is a place to grease the drive shaft housing bearings--it's hiding under the electrical box.
