    TIAL BOV..guys need help.

    i recently bought a TIAL and hoses from Fizzle..i notice the TIAL is open always even with ski on idle..there's any way to adjust the TIAL???thanks..

    The BOV is supposed to be open at idle. If you want a heavier spring I can send you one but keep in mind the BOV will be a lot less responsive...

    you should be running the pink spring, aka (supercharged spring)

    fizzle is right, it should be open at idle and it closes during throttle use, opens when engine goes to full vacuum

    The BOV needs to be open. Even at idle, itís blowing air outward. As long as it snaps shut when you hit the throttle, itís working properly.

    Over the years I read a BOV isn’t necessary on a Sea Doo? I can see how it would help the cooling of the intercooler by dumping heated charge air at an idle.

    I have had to play around with springs a bit with my Tial. With my cam I found the lower rated springs resulted in a hesitation when throttle was slammed probably due to the lower vacuum produced.
