Polaris VES extreme. This is the recommendation from the Polaris powertrain engineering team.

And if you believe "oil is oil" you are sadly mistaken. Oils are very commonly custom formulated for the application.

    Dosnt really answer the question
But if itís the right type itís ok. Just marketing

    Iím leaning towards tc-w3
    And not just normal t2
Where I live I donít get the all the other kinds of brands. Just the types

No, you don't want to utilize the TCW3. There was some discussion about this awhile back. I don't recall the specifics, just that you don't want to use TCW3. You can always search for it---maybe you'll be more successful than I am. It is why I kind of rant about subject lines being specific and reasonably detailed. It sure makes finding them a lot easier a year later.

The owners' manual does say TCW3, OR Synthetic 2 cycle oil. But it also says it has a capacity of 6 gallons..... which of course is wrong. It's about 6 quarts.

My buddies in the powertrain group tell me to use the Polaris VES extreme oil. That's what I'm going with.

You use what you want. It's your engine.
