    Supercharger carnage

Finally blew a sc in my 06 rxt. 400hrs on stock motor. 200ish hrs on rebuilt sc. The wheel failed taking out the sc. We are hopeing the intercooler catched the peices. I'll update when I find more out. Luckily this was all at idle speeds. Click image for larger version.

I would say bearing failure then wheel came apart. I've never seen a 215 wheel just come apart.

So far the intercooler stopped it all. Motor ran with the sc off perfectly.

That's our guess too. The rear bearing is gone. Just a few peices left in the housing. Also lost an air intake bolt. No idea where that went. We ran a magnet and borescope thoughout the hull and couldn't find it before we brought it to the shop.
