I spoke with Joe yesterday about this JSA clutch. Very nice guy to talk with and straight up. The clutch is 100% new aftermarket design and manufactured in house. He out sources the heat treating to a local company. The Bearing and sprag is Germain. They can be rebuilt. This is a new release to public but has been in testing over a year in race conditions. I think he said 4 have been in testing and no failures. Price is 1850 AU so about 1275 US. Australian Jetski Parts is the distributor.

German bearing and sprag, so presumably those are well made.

Four units in testing is a rather small sample set

I spoke with Joe also he said the run these in all there race skis he works on. I also spoke with another guy who races and runs this clutch and he swears by it. Im thinking of trying one out if mine goes bad again. Joel is a cool guy and seems to know his stuff.
