OEM Parts finder deny's access

When i Click on the OEM parts finder it says I'm blocked and its for dealers only!
Riva Yamaha works fine, same page

Just tried and works fine.
However they did a new lay-out of the website I see.

Are you using cellular data? It block me on my phone unless using WiFi there is a an IP block on the cell service IP address I think as it thinks your a commercial operator due to the high number of hits it gets from that IP (badly implemented policy imo)

Ok, tired of this message. get it 50% of the time and i run a static IP.
Going to Riva it works fine.

HLSM seems your working hard to make ordering parts next to inpossible to me. You don't need my IP at all to "unblock me" just fix your broken system.
