My daughter started naming our skis probably about 6-7 years ago. They all have fruit names that correspond to the main colors of the ski. The '94 Raider is "Plum" because of the purple. The "97 GP1200 is red and, of course, is named "Cherry."

The VXS is silver with some black trim and is "Dragonfruit." It didn't really make sense to me since I didn't know what a dragonfruit was. I then saw a picture of one cut open and the "meat" of the fruit reminded me of the color scheme of the VXS.

The beautiful blue VXR is known as "Blueberry."

We use these names when we're talking about these skis to differentiate them. None of the skis have any decals to signify their names, though.

Well I have to admit, I did call each of my skis "Let's Dance", I love to challenge all riders.
