2000 Polaris genesis carb no spark

I bought this Jetske from a guy that had been in the electrical box and been doing some wiring that was rigged. I have yanked it all out and was trying to start from new and did the wiring like the manual said but have no spark. The motor will crank but no start? I have ohmed out stator spark wires, ignition and show good. Oh and note I only got the motor to crank by Bypassing the rectifier. Any ideas I’ve been working on this for many hours desperately need help thanks guys!

Did it have spark before you yanked out the hacked wiring?

Are you sure you now have the wiring 100% factory correct, including the black wire grounds?

Where does the Red/Purple wire for the CDI connect to?
