Is the other end connected to a fire hydrant? That's rod bending amount of water coming out of that hose.

Your intake manifold is full of water, take it out to drain it. You might as well start shopping for a throttle body, it will fail eventually.

add a map sensor to the list. I'd make them replace the motor since you ride salt.

I have seen hundreds of intercooler condensation videos, where people think a few sprays of water when revving up is automatically a leak even though it's not. I can tell you FOR SURE the amount of water in your video is NOT just condensation. You need a new intercooler my friend.

What fizzle said is spot on I've seen traces of water from the condensation(hot to cold). You definitely have a leak. I would advise you to find a new dealer too.

How is the engine even continuing to run with that amount of water. I cant imagine that has not damaged the motor already.

And the dealer says normal? Unbelievable.

the service guy telling me i had no leak was like him telling me the world was flat. couldnt believe it. this is Riva in Pompano, FL also!

apparently they make more profit off of engine replacements than intercooler replacements......sad its like this

thanks Fizzle, great to have your input on this. im sure ill be calling you for an intercooler once my warranty expires next year and i have another failure haha.

only thing is.....i have 50 hours on ski. i ride exclusively salt. however i wash it out good, with salt-away IMMEDIATELY AFTER RIDING, EVERY TIME!!!
i was hoping to not deal with these never ending intercooler failures anymore with the supposed upgraded intercoolers and me using salt away.

am i doing something wrong or just bad luck. my 3rd intercooler failure on 2 skis, i get it every 50 hrs on avg
