The only thing I can think of is maybe you mis heard in the fact that they are saying it's normal if the fact that the intercoolers fail. Not normal as the leaking. Just a common issue.

Ive been assured in no uncertain terms 3 times now that i dont have a leak and its just condensation.

I took it to another dealer and they are replacing the intercooler immediately. Put one on order as soon as i showed them the video

There is no way that’s normal, I have never seen one that bad.

thanks. its under warranty. riva miami is taking care of it for me. going fizzle for sure once my warranty is expired and i get another leak. i get leaks every 50hrs it seems.

any tips on preventing intercooler failures? i wash immediately, every time after riding, and always use salt away. still no luck

Add a strainer. Your engine can hydrolock, bye bye engine when it does.. Just remember to run the engine every now and then with that hose off to remove condensation from the upgraded intercooler.. Fizzles do condensate quite a bit. That's from my experience with a F1000.. But it does haul ass..

Prevent salt water entering yr engine bay. Don t use salt away. Im doing that for the last 3 years and have no ic failure. Before doing that i needed new ic every year.

and the asshat of the year award goes to which dealer?.....

it was obvious you've got a reverse flux on your blower thinky, all they need to do is turn the gear around and thow a little rtv in there.
