    Tps vs ecu diagnosing?

Iíve got a 08 ultra 250x 150 hrs. (Motor replaced at 106 hrs)It seems to always show the low battery voltage when I first start it (12.6 volts when tested). Cranks right up. Hereís my issue. Runs perfect 99% of the time then randomly drops in power. Up down up down. Has cut off on others but not me. After u restart it, it will run fine again for a while and will start to miss again. Plugs are new. Happens at all gas levels. Sometimes it idles at different levels. But most of the time runs perfect. I did try to see how fast it would go one time and the speedometer went crazy after 50. Speedo Went down to 30 and bounced all over even though I was going way faster. Slight vibration after 60+ if it wasnít missing.(guessing the speed bc the speedo wasnít reading correctly)

Sounds like a voltage issue. Could be a bad connection or rectifier.

    1stly you need to confirm
12v supply at time if fault occurs at coils
    Fuel pressure holding 42psi +
Tps etc are secondary if the basics aren't right

Or course checking earth etc is the part of the basic diagnosis process.

More info needed as my crystal ball is out being polished currently, due to its recent poor diagnosis.

It would be easier to diagnose if I could do something to make it miss but it’s just random.

Have you checked the Airbox to make sure the trumpet isn't loose and sucking against the hull ?

Haven’t checked anything. I was on vacation. I just got home.

The power decrease is at 4-7000 rpms after its been running for 10-15 mins. And seems to happen more often when turning.
