    I cannot see anything on the last. Post Troy maybe bc I'm using. My. Phone. Am I going to be okay with my stock valves I'm hoping yes but at the end of the day if I need them I need them I'm not planning on revving over 87-88 RPM

    You will need aftermarket, or lightened intake valves, retainers, and should go open loop cooling @ 8800 RPM +

    Also look into getting pressure reliefs installed in the pump tunnel, to keep the ski from over stuffing the pump, and ejecting you at higher speeds. There should be quite a few threads on here how to do it safely on that hull.

    What's the gains from 8650 to 8800? Will my 50lb injectors be able to keep up with that. I really don't want to tear into the top end if I can help it and definitely not getting another special tool to hold the valves and springs

    I watched a 3ft deep video on replacing valves and I'm not extremely confident I can do that and the huge tool they used I don't even know where to get one of those. That being said with just springs and retainers what's my RPM limit

    Or.. if I'm only doing 8650 will I need springs? Will retainers do?

    Well guys I wanted to say thank you for all you information. Engine installed prepping for paint now. I was wondering if anyone could predict my speeds with my new mods. Total I have.... Rrfpr, xs intercooler, open loop, 15/20 prop, 137+4, 50lb injectors, 8650 tune(mailing out tomorrow) catch can, 4" intake, holes filled, trimmed bucket, 2* wedge, supertec springs and retainers, arp flywheel bolts, custom waterbox and exhaust, exhaust spacer, flame arester removed, r&d grate,

    Thanks to all I will be posting speeds soon but fired up for the first time today after my first engine removal with fly wheel bolts, lapping valves, new 137+4, injectors and flash. Through the battery in and it fired up. Cannot wait to get it in the water to dial in afr. Thanks allot to ncdoo, Troy, tialrider, psycho rxp, 3ft deep, and many more you guys made it possible hopefully all goes well on the water. Greenhulk is by far the best place for pwc anything. Jerry also super fast on delivery and personally answered my question
