I guess photobucket limits you to 1024X768, Mine were taken with 2064X1536. I was about 13.35 miles from the launch site.

Excellent. I am old enough to remember back when the launch was a major event all over the tv. Now these things go up and I usually hear about it after it's launched. I hope these guys make it back okay. I hear there was some wing damage.

Back in the early 90's I worked for Rockwell/Rocketdyne on the Space Shuttle, Delta, Atlas rocket programs. I will see if i have some pics of the Hot Fire Test Runs we did. Nice Pic's!!!!!

Its still a big deal around here. Kinda suprised not to see it on TV when we at MB. Shakes the crap out of my house but not as bad as the unexpected sonic booms when it comes back.

We take the skis out usually and get a couple miles closer.
