Looking to install an auto bilge pump in my 2012 RXP-X 260. Any idea where I should put it and what one to buy?
Who has has installed one here?

Don't put it at the front like the picture above, you want it as far back of the ski as possible. The back is where water starts to accumulate, mines right in-front of the iBR. If you have it up front like that you may have 6" of water at the back before the pump is even wet.
I use Johnson Ultima Pump which come with electronic water sensing, no mechanical float or switch.

I positioned my bilge pump in the middle of my ski because that's where water accumulates in my ski when sitting stationary in the water. I wanted the bilge positioned in the best location for when I was anchored and not at my ski. Yes, water will travel to the back of the ski when riding, but the jet pump siphon tubes will pump out some of that water. The Rule Lopro bilge also uses a electronic water sensor and can be switched to On or automatic.

Siphon tubes will not keep up if the carbon seal fails.
Water comes in quick and backside of ski goes down pretty quick.
For me that’s the main reason to have a pump installed at the back of the ski. Whale 1100

You get an OEM bilge pump kit for the RXT-X 260...
Google for this kit's installation manual, it will show you the OEM location... There is a special location at the back...
I have the manual on my PC at home... Not here with me at work.
You could also buy the kit if you wish, or install aftermarket pump at OEM location (this is what I did).

Not for your ski... But this indicates the OEM location... If I remember correctly, the holes to screw it down are pre drilled in the hull...
I also used the included template to install my through-hull water port...
