Maybe long needle nose for getting stuff out of intake grate. Maybe flextape and small can WD40....
Salt or freshwater? How many miles?

Salt water, 90miles ish a day for 3 days .. needle nose sounds like a good idea! Tape I do have some yes. And we do carry some sea doo lube .. it’s not wd40 but it will keep some bits lubricated

Your list is quite thorough.
I keep spare hose clamps installed on the hoses, so I can quickly move them into place if needed.
I also keep one of these to dig debris out of the pump/impeller:

A socket to remove the intake grate could also come in handy for difficult to remove debris.
I picked up a small wood chip once that I could not get out and had to get towed back. Once I was back home and removed the intake grate, it came out with little effort.
If riding offshore or in the "boonies", I also carry VHF radio, flares and a telescoping paddle.
