    RXP 300 Graphics Bubbling

My 2018 RXP is less than a year old and today I noticed several tiny bubbles in the graphics on the top hatch. This obviously is not fuel related like some of the CM Tec issues. I have never used any cleaners or waxes. Unit is stored inside. Has anyone else had issues with their graphics?

Thanks for the info. Graphics are pretty simple to have these problems in less than a year. We have way too many issues, large and small with Sea Doo anymore, manufacturing to QC...…
It reminds me of the early 90s when Sea Doo was way behind Kawasaki and Yamaha in quality. BRP still leads in many areas of design and features, but they need to get their quality back up to par.

My 18 RXP had crate rash and assembly line damage that was fixed very poorly when it should have been rejected. My 97 and 03 XPs were cleaner after nearly 20 years of use than my new 18 RXP. My dealer made me a good deal to accept the damage, but it should never have happened.

I find that overall mechanical reliability has improved when assembled properly, but the quality of the materials (CM-Tech, plastics, etc.) has gone down.

My ski had crate issues as well. I would not take delivery unless price of new parts was removed or ordered new. They took price off to make it painless for me, but I was irritated it had even happened. What gets me is everyone blames it on Mexico. But hell I blame it on BRP’s process. It could be better crating. Hell yamaha uses a metal crate.

    a) Remove the ugly graphics
    b) take a exacto and poke a small hole in the bubble and force the air out

My crate damage was due to the guy that strapped it on the truck for shipment, crushed the box down onto the ski on both sides. It damage the finish on the starboard top deck and the port rub rail.
