    2000 Polaris slh 700

    Good morning , I have a Polaris slh 700 ski. The ski has sat for two years due to now having a boat. I知 currently redoing the ski and cleaning it up and ran into a snag. When we pulled out the started part of the started froze in the motor and are unable to get out. Any one have any ideas how to get it out ? Was thinking about heating it but afraid of cracking it. See pictures below. New to the website so hopefully I知 in the right area

    Gear puller or similar tool that can hook inside the broken neck piece and yank/impact it rearwards?

    Or remove the flywheel cover, flywheel, Bendix and then drive the broken piece rearwards.

    2nd option is your best bet. Its so corroded, chances of getting it out with a gear puller are slim and none.
