    Milk in coolant tank

    Hello,

Last week-end i decide to ride my gti 215 with around 140hours, before ride i check coolant level in the tank but there is milk and oil.

The pwc have not ride for around 8 months, no temperature warning for all last rides.

I have check the oil cooler(water lines under 45psi and oil cooler filled with water to the brim at oil holes)

The method to check the oil cooler is it right ?

So i suppose the rotary seal and oil seal behind the water pump leak ?

Dis you have the same issue ?

Did you recommand to change the head gasket or not ?

    Thanks

Only thing I've seen do that is oil cooler. If either seal is leaking in water pump it has a weep hole for it to come out.

I have check this week end there is no oil in the hull.

I put the oil cooler under pressure at 30 psi in a bucket filled with water and no bubbles

So i dont know where the oil leak to water, have you an idea ?

Oil pressure is 50+psi. Water side is max 13psi

I usually block oil passage and pressure it to 50 psi on regulator. Fill water side with water and check for bubbles.
