I’m guessing you meant to put a smile fact because those numbers are perfect.

I was doing 78 and a boost leak in the throttle body after a couple hours of my manifold upgrade brought me down to 72. Uninstall it, clean the tb and put some gasket maker.

    Update from my June post.

The only changes to the ski since were removing the outer intake vent cowl, Iridium plugs and Jesus added more fuel to 8000+ rpm's.
Today temps dropped down to around 73 degrees from 93 degrees yesterday.
Last week, the ski was running in the 8500's rpms.
Today rpm's were bouncing off the 8800 limiter @15psi and afr's were lean in the high 12's to 13 at wot.
You might want to check your afr's with the cooler weather and running kanaflex.

I lost my Garmin Foretrex 201 a week ago and bought the Foretrex 601. I have read some bad reviews on the 601 and it has lived up to it. It will not record max rpm's. It did 2 or 3 times last Sunday and quit. When I glanced down after I let off the throttle the speed showed 79 something. I am going to return the Garmin for another unit.
