Stage 3 2019 Fx...slow ;(
Just installed the following parts
-riva ribbon removal
-riva power filter kit
-pump wedge
-engine breather
-fizzle with dedicated line and cooling to
anode
-stage 3 deans tune
-riva retainers
-deans ride plate
i don’t know how accurate the stock tach is but I’m only seeing 8200
and GPS speed is 75.4 mph solas 13/18 is going in soon but I doubt that’s going to give me 8-10 mph. Funny thing is the stock speedo used to go to 69-70 now it only goes to 55. Deans says even with stock prop I should be 80 mph all day with a full tank. No charge pipes are loose and no exhaust leaks. Not sure what else to check. Leaking from where I tapped plastic manifold? Or where I used the hole saw on manifold? I have the rubber orange o ring from the manifold to throttle body is that supposed to go back in somewhere?

It almost sounds like your ski isn't recognizing the tune.

Exactly. It reads 8200 on dash but dean said it should be 8600 even with the stock prop. The fact that the Speedo is weird makes me thing it’s something to do with the ecu and ski mating. I will disconnect battery and un install ecu. And redo the calibration process and see of that helps. Do you know if the orange o-ring on stock Manifold to throttle body gets discarded or reinstalled? I didn’t do it because there wasn’t a place for it but maybe I fudged and it goes somewhere.

I'm not sure about the o-ring, but it is mentioned above that it isn't needed. However, I still think your issue is recognition of the tune.

So with the (FACT) there is a speed limiter on our 19's? If so i would need to spend $500 just to remove speed limiter? What is top speed with a intake filter & riva plate?
